Office
Renting an office can be a daunting experience for any company, whether you are a start up or established business. From choosing the right location to finding the dream office within your budget, we understand the process can be incredibly stressful.
At New Century House we’ve mastered the art of serviced offices and provide our customers with value for money, a flexible contract & modern facilities.
We can accommodate an office for 1 person through to 10 people on a fixed 12 month contract with 2 months notice (any time after 4 months). Our offices are newly decorated (2019) with a modern but classic style.
Our offices are ready for immediate occupation and are decorated in bright and neutral tones.
From your first viewing, all the way through to your first day in your new office, we will be on hand to talk you through our process and provide any support you need. We schedule a welcome meeting for the first week of occupation to introduce you to our team, show you the facilities on offer and ensure you are aware of our fire safety procedures.
All residential customers are issued with a fob key which allows access to our building and their offices.
All incoming mail is sorted by our administration team and placed into your dedicated pigeon hole for collection at a time suitable for you.

Shared Office
A shared office is the perfect solution for any individual who wishes to work from a corporate environment but without the overheads of a dedicated office.
Our shared office works on a short, commitment free contract and is an exciting opportunity to meet and work alongside like minded individuals.
Each shared office customer has their own workstation, privacy panels, lockable pedestal and filing cabinet.
In addition to this, each workstation comes complete with a wired internet connection and Splicecom telephone handset for incoming calls.

At New Century House conference rooms are available for hire by the hour, half day and full day.
All our meeting rooms are newly decorated (2019) with a modern but classic style.
We welcome external customers & offer the same rates that we charge our residential and virtual customers, making our conference rooms even more accessible when searching for a professional meeting venue.

Access
Security
In today's regulatory climate information security is even more important. GDPR ensures firms are accountable for ensuring prudent measure are in place to protect personal data. New Century House has been completely redesigned to place security as it's highest priority.
Video Entry System
Each suite has its own full colour video entry handset. Visitors will use the call button on the video entry panel adjacent to the main entrance. When this call is received on the monitor, it enables staff to have two way audio communications with the visitor and to provide visual verification. Once the visitor has been identified staff can use the lock release button on the monitor and allow access through the door.
Access Control
Staff within each suite are allocated individual access cards that restrict access to designated areas only. The cards can be presented to the proximity readers located outside each door which will cross reference to the systems records for that user's access rights and determine whether access should be allowed. Access rights can be amended as required, ensuring up to date permission sets are maintained.
The external doors also require a key code entry which acts as a secondary access control point.
Surveillance
CCTV
Our CCTV conforms to NACP 20 and BS EN50132-6 and has been installed by a SSAIB accredited company who have issued a “SSAIB Certificate of Compliance”. It operates an array of internal and external HD CCTV cameras to provide a complete CCTV System.
The CCTV system is installed to provide 24/7, remote monitoring and recording of all activity within these areas to limit potential malicious activity. A secondary objective of the system is to allow recording and playback of incidents that may occur for review by staff/management and relevant authorities and to provide archived evidence, which could be useful in the event of criminal or civil proceedings.
All background recording shall be in continuous time lapse mode/motion detection with the addition of the system providing the ability to record cameras associated with an alarmed event.
Protection
Intruder Detection
Each suite benefits from its own dedicated intruder alarm, with communal areas automatically being set on last exit. Our intrusion alarm system conforms with DD243, PD6662 and EN 50131-1 2002 and includes a mix of detection methods to provide a complete system. It is installed in accordance with British Standard 4737 Parts 1, 3 & 4 currently in force. The equipment is from manufacturers who are able to certify compliance details with DD242. SEFAS are a SSAIB accredited company and we have “SSAIB Certificate of Compliance”.
In accordance with ACPO policy our system has been graded as “High Risk Grade III” and operates a dual path connection to a 24/7 monitoring station with police response.
Anti Vandal Glazing
Our newly installed double glazing comes with a smashproof polycarbonate layer to protect units that would otherwise be high risk access points.
Fire Protection
New Century House has a BS 5839:2013 Part 1 Category L2; A system incorporating detectors in all circulation spaces that form part of the escape routes from the premises, and in all rooms or areas that present a high risk of fire to occupants. This will include detection devices, sounders, beacons, call points and fire alarm.
